Rules And Regulations

  1. Students should be regular and punctual in classes. If his/her progress, conduct, or attendance is not satisfactory, he/she will not be allowed to appear for the respective examinations / placements.
  2. Students should be properly dressed in the Institute.
  3. Smoking, tobacco chewing, consumption of alcohol and use of narcotics are strictly prohibited in the premises. Students found guilty will be dismissed from the Institute and will be handed to the law enforcement authorities.
  4. Mobile phones should be switched off during Lectures.
  5. Students should carry the identity card with them in the Institute and shall produce it on demand by the authorities.
  6. The authorized media of communication between the students and Institute is the Notice Board; the students are expected to read the notice board regularly. The Institute will not be responsible for any loss of the students due to their negligence.
  7. The vehicles should be parked in the specified ‘Parking Area’. The Institute will not be responsible for their security.
  8. Students are bound by the rules and regulations framed by the Institute from time to time. Any violation of the rules or an act of indiscipline on the part of the student shall result in disciplinary action leading to dismissal from the Institute.
  9. An application in writing should be submitted to the class co-ordinator, if a leave is required.
  10. Students are not allowed to go outside the class during Lecture sessions. Permission of the lecturer should be taken in unavoidable conditions.
  11. Students should come prepared to class.
  12. Only students having consistent record of 80% and above in attendance will be eligible for campus placement assistance.
  13. Attendance for the Pre-placement talk  is compulsory for the students.
  14. It is the responsibility of the students to keep themselves informed about all placement activities going on in the Institute.
  15. Complete silence should be maintained in the classroom.
  16. Ragging in any form is totally prohibited. Severe action will be taken against students who violate this rule as per legal regulations.
  17. Students shall not organize picnics, excursion, trips etc., on their own, without the written permission of the Director.
  18. All the forms will be only accepted with prescribed DD and amount.
  19. No refund of fees will be made on withdrawal, cancellation of admission in any cases. Transfer of seat is not permitted.
  20. Students are directed not to bring any outsider into the Institute.
